Anime Festival Singapore

HELLO everyone! It was a wonderful saturday event at suntec city and convention centre because of the ANIME FESTIVAL ASIA EVENT! In case you have no idea what it is all about let me introduce you to the world of MANGA( japanese comics) and coslay.

Cosplay originally known as Costume Play, represents a person dressing up as the character in an anime/manga and impersonating as that character. One of the events that takes place in Singapore is none other than the Anime Festival Singapore ( AFA for short ), it started in 2008 and since then it has become a yearly event!

Other than cosplaying, AFA also has Japanese artist coming to Singapore to perform and therefore, not only you can to see people dressing up as anime characters, you can alsosee Japanese bands and artist performing and those bands and artist might also be your favorites.

GETTING THERE:

Destination : Suntec City Convention Centre

You can alight at the CITY HALL NS25/EW13 and walk there

Ticket Prices :$8 Per day ( Event access only )

                                      $15 Per day ( Event and Stage access )

                         $10 Per day ( Upgrade access )

Other than the Anime Festival Singapore, Suntec City is also a good place to relax and shop. there are also other nearby malls for you to walk and shop too!
